What it does
Eight silicone fingers knead the area while the two lower thumbs work at the same time. The heat accompanies the massage and helps ease that feeling of tightness.
And not just the neck. The same device sits lower down on your back and lower back using the straps, and rests on arms, calves and thighs when they feel heavy.
Three levels, one for each kind of day
Gentle. A light kneading to start with, or for just before bed.
Daily. The middle setting, the one for every afternoon when you get home.
Deep. More pressure, for when the area is especially tight.
Plus two heat levels, Warm and Hot, which you can switch on or leave off as you like.
How you wear it
It rests on your shoulders, fingers facing your neck, and you adjust it by pulling the straps towards your back or using the buckle. One button switches it on and changes the intensity; the other turns on the heat. No cables: you can keep reading, working or resting while you wear it.
On the rest of the body it is the same gesture, only the placement changes: straps around the waist for your back and lower back, or simply hold it against arms and legs for a few minutes.
