We deliver to addresses across the United Kingdom.

Delivery times

Orders usually arrive within 3-5 working days. These are estimates and can vary during busy periods or for reasons outside our control.

Delivery costs

Delivery is free on every UK order, with no minimum spend. The exact amount is always shown before you complete your order.

Tracking your order

You will receive a confirmation email when your order is on its way, and you can follow it from our Track your order page at any time. If the time given above has passed and nothing has arrived, email us at smarthandd.support@gmail.com and we will look into it.

Failed deliveries and incorrect addresses

Please check your address carefully when ordering. If the courier cannot deliver and the parcel comes back to us because the address was incomplete or wrong, we will contact you to arrange redelivery.
