Scope

These terms govern your use of this store and the purchase of the products offered on it. By placing an order you confirm that you are over 18 and that the details you have given are correct.

Products and prices

Prices are shown in pounds sterling and include applicable tax. Delivery costs, where they apply, are shown before you complete your order. We may change prices; the price that applies is the one shown at the time you place your order.

We do our best to make descriptions and images true to the product, though small differences in colour or presentation are possible.

Orders

Your order is confirmed when you receive our confirmation email. We may cancel an order if the product is unavailable or if there is an obvious pricing error, in which case we will tell you and refund you in full.

Payment

We accept the payment methods shown at checkout. Payment is taken when your order is confirmed.

Using the product

SmartHand is a wellbeing and comfort product. It is not a medical device and does not replace professional advice. Always follow the instructions included, and avoid using it over wounds, swelling or irritated skin. If you have an injury, persistent discomfort or are undergoing treatment, speak to a healthcare professional first.

Returns and faulty goods

Our returns policy applies, alongside your statutory rights under the Consumer Rights Act 2015 and the Consumer Contracts (Information, Cancellation and Additional Charges) Regulations 2013.

Intellectual property

The contents of this store, including text, images and branding, belong to SmartHand or are used with permission. They may not be reproduced without consent.

Complaints

If you have a complaint, email us at smarthandd.support@gmail.com and we will do our best to resolve it. Nothing in these terms affects your statutory rights as a consumer in the country where you live.
